Spring Bottling ~ The Four Seasons Collection

This is the "Spring" bottling of our Four Seasons Collection. Distilled and single barreled to maintain the richest flavors. Bottled at cask strength between 110 to 135 proof depending on the particular batch. Aged between 10 to 15 years with a mash bill made from the finest corn, rye, and malted barley. It's the sipping whiskey that is just cool enough before the hot summer months, so best to enjoy neat with perhaps just a few drops of water.

Tasting Notes:
  • Nose: Strong whiff of alcohol, with hints caramel, cinnamon and vanilla
  • Palate: Warm oak, honey, spicy rye, dark cherries
  • Finish: Rich, smooth, yet a nice gentle burn towards the end
